More Growth Opportunities

Today I learned about options - the financial kind. Options are things I have heard of but never really paid attention to or even really thought they applied to me. Come to think of it, I think I even thought they didn't apply to me. Today I realized a few things:

1. You really don't know what you don't know until you do.

2. Sometimes we limit ourselves because we think certain things just are not applicable to us

3. There is more than enough to go around

Money and finances are such interesting things. I think it may be one of the most emotionally charged topics. We all need money to make the world go round (pay our bills, buy food etc.) but in my learning today I realize how little I know about money but also the topics and questions I didn't even think to ask and research like most people. So many of us don't know how money works, and I think while we have the resources it is hard to know where to start. What I have learned is you just have to start and just follow your curiosity but also dedicate time. We also can't force ourselves in a box for anything and filter things from our lifes before we even try based on the lack of knowledge we have. As humans we have the ability to grow, change, and adapt, which means we can learn new things. We must give ourselves more chances to prove ourselves wrong.
