GrandValli Table - Theme?

What will be the GrandValli Table’s theme for the first go-around? Honestly, I am working to narrow it down. As I stated in another post, the original idea for the Table was to collaborate with chefs, restaurants, and other food creators to tell their story through food and invite people to enjoy it.
I have been to a few great limited-seating events where the food is amazing, but you also get to enjoy learning about the flavors, combinations, and the why behind a dish and behind a chef. Sometimes, I think we take for granted the food that we eat and have access to, and take advantage of those who prepare it for us as a passion and a love.
I have always been a behind-the-scenes-minded person and curious about what makes things and people tick. Plus, when I love something or want to boost what I think someone is doing that is great, or they are great at something, I want the whole world to know, so why not share it with others?
My dilemma is that GrandValli was MIA for a bit, and I am unsure if it requires a part of the dinner to bring awareness to people about what we are doing and what our goal is. However, I do not want that to take away from the experience, as I feel people will learn about GrandValli through the events, content, and other projects we take on and explore.
As we plan out this event and flesh it out, if you are reading this and have any ideas, please share and let us know. In the meantime, you can RSVP for your spot now because I promise you this will happen one way or another, and you will want to get in before the doors close.
