GrandValli Table: Explanation

To get straight to it, the point of GrandValli is to create opportunities and to tell stories without waiting for permission or for a chance opportunity to be presented. After I did the original podcast episodes, I played around with the idea of doing something with food. I love food and consider myself a foodie and I thought it would be great. However, I didn't want to create something that was just another basic food experience. I wanted something that would resonate and connect with the chef, food, and audience. Since I got some great feedback on the podcast, I thought why not make something more interactive and have a food event.

Now it's been a minute since I thought about this idea but since we are coming out of our hiatus, I thought there may be no better way than to do that via food. Fortunately, I have made some friends with great cooks, chefs, and caterers who would be willing to partake in this. Now the details are still being sorted out, however I do intend to host the event, have limited seats, and create an experience that is unforgettable. I have big dreams for GrandValli and for a while those seemed to be shackles and weights that I found too heavy to carry. Thankfully, know I have a new perspective, and I plan to see things through, and I hope GrandValli grows into something that can create great change and opportunity. The honest confession is I desire for GrandValli to be my version of Amazon – an ecosystem of things and a multifaceted business and machine. I know that it is a big task and vision, but I am committed to at least trying. I hope you are committed to at least trying with me.

Rework the Foot Work

One of the most overlooked body parts, I think, are the feet. We use and abuse them every day. We wear shoes that hurt. We stay on them when the pain is kicking in, and we do very little to rehab them
