GrandValli Note

We've taken a hiatus but we are coming back. somethings will be different and some will remain the same. Somethings may be more easily understood than others. However, we are committed to finishing what we started. One thing we want to work on is completing the projects we set out to do. Now some may take longer than others but under the idea of 'closing loops' we will work to see them through.

The mission of GrandValli remains but possibly expands. Our mission is to answer the question "What becomes possible when capable people, overlooked ideas, businesses, bodies, stories, and communities are given design, visibility, and opportunity? Can we find ways to help people and ideas become more capable, more visible, and more fully expressed?

We desire to build an ecosystem that facilitates exploration, experimentation, and  and examination of what it means to create and do without waiting for permission and without waiting for certainty or the utmost clarity. A significant part of our creation and building to live under the same ideas we choose to belief and pursue. It is under that rationale that we accept that we ourselves may be confused at times and confusing for those looking on. It is our hope that as we grow and build clarity will become clearer and the confusion becomes less. Let us be clear – we do not seek to please everyone, and it is with that idea we do not create looking for validation, recognition, or permission. While we believe people will align with us for those who do not, we still welcome you to the table and hope at least you are challenged in a way that opens your mind to at least consider something different than you normally see, hear, or consume in one way or another.

We say all this to say. We are going all in. We are working through the doubts, struggles, lack of motivation, and clarity to act toward an idea. The idea being GrandValli.

Rework the Foot Work

One of the most overlooked body parts, I think, are the feet. We use and abuse them every day. We wear shoes that hurt. We stay on them when the pain is kicking in, and we do very little to rehab them
